MLO 5 Automatic Formatting

Hello - I just upgraded to MLO 5, and I can't seem to get automatic formatting to work. I had quite a few rules in MLO 4, so first I imported those, and none of the formatting appeared. Then I tried creating a test rule, and it did not work. None of the default rules are working either. I am currently using the <Default MLO Theme>, so nothing should be overriding the rules. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Are your custom rulles at the top of the list?
Are the rulles enabled?
Please check the rulles conditions, maybe they contain wrong/broken formulas.
