Not getting tasks by email

I enabled tasks by email. I've tried it by putting in a limited list of emails to receive tasks from and from leaving that field blank which should trigger a task sent from any email address. Neither scenario produces a task in MLO inbox or anywhere else. Suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks Jeff

Please send a test email (task) to your MLO Cloud email address with the subject: “THE DEBUG”. The developers will receive your email and will be able to investigate the issue. Thank you!
