Hi,
I'm trying out MLO on my Pixel 6 and Chromebook Duet and thought that I could use the WiFi sync to keep them aligned. Does this only work with the Windows laptop version? Will I need to go to cloud sync to keep my devices aligned?

Thanks
David

Hi David,

Yes, wi-fi sync is only possible between one mobile and one desktop (Windows). Your Chromebook has an Android app installed and is considered a second mobile device, that's why it doesn't work. MLO Cloud is what you can use instead, see how to request a trial subscription: https://www.mylifeorganized.net/announcements/free-trial-cloud.shtml

Hi Alyona, I am trying to install MLO onto a new Chromebook I purchased, but am having difficulty. Can MLO run on a Chromebook?

Hi Gregory,

While MLO was not specifically designed for Chrome OS, it is expected to function well on Chromebooks (including tablet mode), based on information provided by Google. We have not conducted extensive testing on this platform yet. If you receive any errors, please send screenshots to us at sup...@mylifeorganized.net

Could you describe the difficulty? You should be able to install it as an Android App from the Play Store. Any recent Chromebook should have a touchscreen and be able to run Android apps.
