I have recently started using MLO and moved away from the OUtlook GTD
Plug-in. My biggest frustration with this change has been that when I
process my Outlook inbox down to zero by dragging mail into the MLO
inbox for future processing, I do not get the body of the message.
Further, now that I am using IMAP for email, when I move the actual
Outlook email into a local folder for reference, the link to the
original email breaks in MLO.

In a perfect world, MLO would insert the full body of the email in the
notes section so that more contextual information would be available.
Or, it would update the link location as the mail is moved to a local
folder.

Failing this, how are people handling what I imagine is a pretty common
task? I have searched and read through the threads on this and have
not see anything that is ideal.

The method I used works for some computers (on my computer drag&drop
inserts the full e-mail body to the notes) and does not work of others.
I will try to find better solution.

I am afraid it is impossible.

I kept the GTD plug-in just so I can convert e-mails into tasks on the fly
(send and create task & action button).

I have been using the send and create waiting for function in the GTD plugin and that works well.  I just tried to create a new action called "MLO Inbox" and assign incoming outlook emails using that action.  However, I was only synching the "Waiting for" task folder and am not sure how to get MLO to synch TWO task folders: in this case, waiting for and MLO Inbox.  Do you simply add them to the synch setup using commas to separate?

I am using the GTD plugin and have only two basic needs:

1. To have my @waiting for tasks that are created by the plugin go into
MLO during a sync

2. To have a second category called Outlook Inbox (or whatever) sync
into MLO, hopefully into a different group.

It would be fine if they went into the same group if they could append
the task name.

However, I can do this by leaving the sync only Outlook tasks blank,
but hey then dump them into a single group in MLO and then I can't tell
if they are inbox or waiting for. Further, by using the blank setting,
the delete in outlook option goes away. Is it possible to set multiple
outlook tasks in this category tab and then parse them out into MLO?

As I note above, I just need to bring over two groups: waiting for and
inbox so that they can be processed within MLO -- dragging the email
from Outlook directly into MLO is a problem because I use IMAP and the
link to the mail breaks once it is moved locally.

I have scoured the groups and help for documentation -- this can't be
unique.

Thanks.
