Hi,

I have owned MLO for over two years and I love it, but I dont seem to have the necessary discipline.
Is there like a forum or some sort of community support so that procrastinators like me can exchange accountability?

Here I go again, starting from scratch because things have changed so much since last time i tried my mlo
I need to get organized and on a plan, help!

Thank you.
Paula

Hi Paula

Are you applying GTD methology?
This forum is driving me NUTS, btw because it is moderated in some way that stops my post from appearing.

OK it now appears that my posts are taking 24 hours to appear. (Most confusing!)

Paula

I have one suggestion for you which is to make "Getting back into the MLO[/GTD?] habit" one of your projects.

I am a GTD and MLO newbie.  And in my short experience, and as David Allen says, using the GTD methodology is quite an "all-or-nothing" thing.
i.e. You need to be able to put the whole of your life into the system, so that your mind actually trusts it to contain everything you need to remember.

So be aware that putting the final 10% of your stuff through the system is absolutely crucial!

Good luck and keep us posted.   :)

J

P.S. If you are also using the GTD methodology then I recommend the forum on David Allens site:
   http://gettingthingsdone.com/forum/
They are a friendly, thoughtful and supportive bunch of users there.
