I'm not sure if I missed a setting or tutorial somewhere but ever since I decided to go all in with MLO I'm paying more attention to how the program operates. That being said I've noticed that I'm not getting all the emails that I forward to MLO.
I'm wondering if emails of a certain format don't get forwarded to MLO. If you have any insight please let me kkow.

I had a similar issue. Make sure all the source email addresses are whitelisted in the MLO cloud email settings. I send stuff my my work email, Gmail and evernote and had to add all three source email addresses then it worked like a charm.
