The obvious future for task management is AI integration.  Are there plans for AI integration with My Life Organized?  I would pay for something like this if done well.  I would also leave for another platform to get this so It's only fair that I float this idea.

I feel like this topic has likely been discussed but my search didn't find anything which was a surprise.

Heck, I would just be happy to get google home integration back again!

What type of AI were you thinking about OP?

Chat GPT or whatever is fine by me.  Up front I need to say the possibilities are a little vast to be able to list how anyone person would like to use it.  I'm currently evaluating how Taskade has implemented it and it's pretty good and it's relatively cheap.
I can essentially talk to my projects.  I can load my AI with documents so it can reference it and the web for answering questions or providing ideas in brainstorm sessions.  I can also create projects from scratch based on the AI inputs.
I've been at it for a week and it's starting to make a lot of sense and I have only begun to grasp how it can be leveraged.  I can even create a team of specialized AIs and the most appropriate one will step up and respond to my inputs.

One way MLO could implement it is to simply create an ability for us to connect to our own Chat GPT API key and leverage it's functionality in our environment.  Then we pay for our API usage to Chat GPT, but the real profit for MLO could happen if they created that service themselves and became a GPT reseller.  It could serve as a constant income stream for them.

I ignore anything that offers me AI assistance. #1, I sense every user of MLO can do a better job (at MLO) than the AI. Second, I can do what I need quickly without having tea with an AI-bot.

BTW, I love AI chatbots! Yes, I’m a cranky old man, but Ais make great chatbots, not assistants.

I've noticed that a lot of people dismiss it out of hand.  I appreciate the cranky old man stance as it is a pretty good starting point.  But Large Language Models are not merely chatbots.  They are the language interface to almost infinite data at high speeds.  I think it will be harder for older generations like myself to fully wield its power but it will reshape knowledge work as we know it.  Just like firearms equalized the mans ability to inflict harm, AI will equalize cognitive capacity.
