Hi,

I just closed out MLO so I could update to the new version. I then
ran the setup for the new version and loaded it. Now I can't find any
of my ML files or backup files.

Please help

I think mine was stored in My Documents until I moved it elsewhere. Maybe the default path changed?

A simple *.ml search should find your data file, and *.bak for your backup files. I strongly recommend Search Everything for lightening fast file search - even if you have Win7.

If you did what I did and had your file in the MLO directory structure, it's
gone!

Hi,

Your MLO data file should be always placed to a folder where MLO has
write access. The best place is <My Documents> folder. The default
folder for MLO files is:
<My Documents>\MyLifeOrganized

If your data file was initially placed to "Program Files" it can be
moved by system to this folder:

c:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files
\MyLifeOrganized.net\MLO\
or
c:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files
(x86)\MyLifeOrganized.net\MLO\

Please try to find your data file there and let me know the result.

Andrey.
