Filter based on Max Time

Is there a way I can filter task based on Max Time?

I thought I saw this before but can't find it.

It would be great to filter task based on how much free time I have (e.g. 15 minutes) and get a list of tasks I could complete in the allotted time.

Ideally, it would be great to filter based on max time and context (e.g. 15 minutes @ computer).
