Cloud Sync MLO Pro Android to windows desktop & tablet

I have MLO Pro for Android and want to cloud sync my windows desktop and tablet. What do I need to do/purchase(?) to be able to accomplish this?

You only need to purchase the CLOUD SYNC service.
