THE PROBLEM
============
Using the due time filtering idea mentioned here, I have set up an Advanced Filter that scans for tasks that have due times set but ignores tasks that just have a due date only (i.e. no due time set).

On MLO Windows Desktop v5.2, this filter works as expected.

On importing the filter into MLO Android v4.1.1, the exact same filter produces no data.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Create an advanced filter on Windows Desktop as follows:

(DueDateTime on or after Today+0.00001) AND
(DueDateTime on or before Today+1)

2. If there are tasks with due times set today, it will display them

3. Import the filter into Android and observe that no data shows
