Outlook sync: Please add following feature

I use MLO in the office to organize my tasks and I love it. We also use outlook and sharepoint. It is possible to sync sharepoint tasks with outlook. And it's possible, to sync those tasks with MLO. However, those tasks usually are assigned to different people, while my MLO-task are only "my tasks". So it'd be great, if that could be made compatible by adding the following two features to MLO:

-Only sync tasks assigned to [name], ignore all other tasks in outlook
-Add predefined default values to fields in outlook when syncing from MLO, for example "Assigned To: [name]"
