Bug report: Android - a context with "&" character is not syncing after renaming

I have a context created on desktop named &CNDF which originally synced fine to Android.

Then within the last week I renamed it to  &ECF on desktop. The renaming is not carrying through on Android.

I mention the "&" in particular because I have earlier reported a cosmetic bug where the "&" is omitted on the screen in desktop on the picklist when right-clicking on context field in the list view.

So I am suspecting this is a factor. I have tested rename on another tag without "&" and it syncs fine.

The "&" symbol is a special character that causes the following letter to become the short cut key in windows.  Perhaps this is the issues?

I use contexts like "@DNA[&D]" This shows in the right click context menu as "@DNA[D]" and is selected by right click "D" but in the context column shows as "@DNA[&D]"
