How do I turn off the Project Completion Progress Bar? Thanks!

Did some searching, and I KNOW I've done this before, but I got a new computer and now I can't remember how to turn off the Project Completion Progress Bar.

Any help? Thanks!

Tools> Options> Themes and Formatting> Edit> Tree format> Show project progess bar
