MLO Feature Request (more)

(I forget if there is another place to more formally post these suggestions, so for now, I will put them here')

1. I would like to see the google calendar sync enabled as a task option, rather than using the text tag field.  Using the Tag field means you can not put any other text in the field because then the sync will not be recognized

In other words, using the google sync feature means probably you can no longer use the text tag feature at all, at least consistently.

2. Remove the forced entry of a start date for re-occurring tasks.   Adding a start date for tasks with no duration adds no value, and makes filtering and sorting more complex.

3. Make Importance, Urgency visible in Statistics when in all views.  Right now it only shows when using one of the reconfigured ToDO views.

4. I agree with others that the computed score needs to offer a lot more configuration - this would make MLO even more special!

Regarding Suggestion #1, I later saw that you can choose either a tag, a flag, or text tag field.  So that request is solved!

I now will add #5:  Provide URL links to Workspace (or other defined views?).  That might include parameters on the URL that would specify what workspace or view.

2. unfortunately, the MLO philosophy is a bit different and they view todos from a project perspective, as having start dates and deadlines. Fortunately, on Android, you can press and hold the date icon and then set both dates in one dialog and safe a few taps.

Regarding this, I would like to note to @MLO team, that the calendar view for quick entry of start / end dates on one screen is missing the Today button, which is super annoying, as it is necessary to navigate from past overdue dates to the present moment and / or future. Could you please add the today button there? I believe it has to be a bit more complicated than usually, so that first tap centers the view on the current month, second tap sets start date to today, third tap sets end date to today. In practice, this will be dependent on the situation, so when current month is already focused, the next click sets start date to today.... when start date is already set for example manually to a last Monday, the next tap sets end date to today. Pressing and holding the today button before start date is set should set both dates to today and exist the calendar dialog.

We would love to add this button, but unfortunately there is no technical possibility to make improvements to this dialogue right now, as it is provided by Android OS without the ability to modify it.
