MLO Color Values

Does anyone know what color value system MLO encodes colors in?

For example, in the default theme contexts are coded as "$00808080", active tasks as "$00008000"

That's not HTML color values - nor anything else that I recognize.

Any ideas?

MLO is using Delphi Hex color format.

I'm using Colormania app to convert between html, rgb and Delphi Hex colors.

I've attached a screenshot.
