With two monitors, set up workspace appears on other monitor

Hi:

This is a very minor thing. Not a high prioirty, but I hope you can fix it one of these days. 

I use an external monitor in addition to my laptop's native screen. MLO is usually on the external monitor.

When I right-click a tab to setup a workspace, the properties box appears on my laptop screen even though MLO is on the monitor. But what makes it harder to deal with is that not all the properties are accessible from the properties box. 

I have another program, not related to MLO, that also does behavior BUT, at least all the properties are accessible.

Right now, the quick fix for me is to simply move the MLO window to my laptop when I need to setup workspace associated with a tab.
