Can you sync between pcs and apple products without the cloud sync?

I have a pc desktop and an apple laptop and an android phone.  I want to sync seamlessly. Can I with different operating systems?  Do I need to plug in to sync, can all three sync automatically if I sign up for the cloud?

MLO doesn't run natively on iOS yet but some people have gotten it running with emulators. If you can get that working and are comfortable with cloud sync you should be able to create a fairly seamless solution. It's not 100 percent automatic but I find it reliable with two pc's and an android phone.
