Calendar for iPad, how soon for Desktop?

Good (GREAT!) news to hear that Calendar is up and coming for iPad and Android-- but the elephant in the room question is how soon before this feature is available for the Desktop?

Looking forward to the Android release in the meantime.

I guess you answered questions I just posted re calendar views. I just downloaded Windows MLO and was looking for a calendar view.
