Can You Access Multiple Profiles on the iPhone?

I have two profiles in the cloud, we can call them File1 and File2.

On my iPad, if I’m in File1, if I go to Current Profile, I can click on File2 and it opens. 

On my iPhone, if I’m in File1, if I go to Current Profile, I only see File1. I can Edit > “Add new profile” but File2 isn’t listed. 

On my iPhone, if I go to Settings > Profile > Synchronization > MLO Cloud > Cloud File, I can see File1 with a check mark next to it and File2 underneath. If I click File2, I get the message “This profile has already been synchronized with a different file on the cloud. Are you sure you want to MERGE your local data with selected file on the Cloud?” I’m not sure what will happen if I click Yes. I’d like to be able to open File2 on the iPhone and be able to sync changes with the cloud file.
