Does WiFi sync require Professional Licence on both devices?

In particular I would like to know whether WiFi Sync is possible given:

•  MLO Professional Windows 
  
•  The Free Android application

If not, is there any way at all to synchronize data using the standard licence?

I have tried reading the manual and searching past topics but not yet found an answer.

To use WiFi sync Pro mode should be activated on MLO Desktop and MLO mobile.
