Email to inbox works on IOS but not desktop

I've set up the email to inbox and know the setup and sync is working because I see the emails I sent in the inbox on the IOS app on my phone. Nothing shows up on the desktop version however. I've checked filters and settings that (presumably) could cause this or that not to work but I can't find anything.
Does anyone have ideas on a fix?
