cloud subscription endless do-loop

I just purchased the subscription.  I received key in email.  Next step is to 'sign up'.  I enter my email which I know is good (just got email with my key) and create new password.  The button below says "purchase".  But I already purchased.  I enter the key just sent to me and still, only option is to purchase.

Without the key and entering email and new password, I get "user not found"

Can someone help me get past this?
