Here is the error message I get when trying to sync:

ABORTED
Release session error: Unable to load WSDL File/Location:
https://sync.mylifeorganized.net/mlo/MLOInetSync.asmx?wsdl. Error
[Empty document]
Error: Unable to load WSDL File/Location:
https://sync.mylifeorganized.net/mlo/MLOInetSync.asmx?wsdl. Error
[Empty document] (TExMLOSync)
Sync terminated: "Geoff MLO 2 to MLO on bb"

I have no idea what this means, the WSDL file is, etc...The sync just
stopped working a couple of weeks ago, and I don't know how to get it
started up again.

You're help is appreciated.
Thanks ---geoff

Dear Geoff,

Have you changed any settings on your computer (e.g. firewall or proxy
settings) before Cloud sync stopped working?
Please try to open Cloud service in your browser to make sure you have
Internet connection at the moment you're trying to sync.
Also you can try to sync from another computer.

Sincerely,
Alena

I turned off all the firewall protection, still won't run. Spent 2
hours trying things. Same error message. In the sync log I could go
back to where sync did work. Here is where it runs into a problem,
"Checking Cloud Status" and then "No response after 5000 ms. Skip
this step" Two weeks ago, when sync worked, the 'No response'
message did not appear.

What else should I try? Thanks. ---geoff

something blocks connection from your computer to MLO Cloud service.
It could be anything like: antivirus, virus, firewall, proxy your
network administrator etc.
You did not answer if you could open MLO Cloud website in your
browser.
Also try to turn off/on secure connection for your MLO Cloud Sync
Profile settings.

Can you test the sync on other computer in your local network or in
other network?

Thanks.
Andrey.

Andrey, yes I can access MLO cloud on the browser...I'll try your
other suggestions... and I will let you know if I find anything.

Andrey, in the sync profile if I hit Browse, nothing happens, so I'm
unable to connect to the cloud server. If I change the security
setting to unsecured, it makes no difference.

On the MLO cloud connection, it shows my e-mail address and password.
I'm assuming this is the e-mail address and password for my e-mail
services, which is a Microsoft exchange server maintained by my
company? Or or is it the password required by your cloud service?
Well, it doesn't really make any difference it won't verify the
account or connect regardless of the password that I put in.

so let's try looking at the virus checker. Can you tell me the names
of the program or programs that send data in and out of MLO? I can add
these specifically to the virus checker, but I need to know the actual
name.

I turned off the virus checker and firewall, still won't connect. Any
other ideas? Should I reload the software?

MLO requires your MLO Cloud credentials. So it is MLO Cloud account
email and password.

You need to allow mlo.exe to connect to the internet using https.

Yes please try reinstalling mlo and let me know the results on support
email. We will try to help you.
Did you have a chance to test sync on other computer? Sync works just
fine for many users right now so I guess it is something on your end.

Andrey.
