WiFi sync not working

I was hoping the upgrade to MLO 2 for iPhone would solve the WiFi sync problems I had a couple of years ago that caused me to stop using MLO.  The IP address on my home computer hasn't changed, but sync worked this afternoon and doesn't work now.  I unpaired, and now the iPhone won't even connect to the PC to pair again, even though the IP address hasn't changed.  I checked the networks, I checked the firewall.  It worked a few hours ago, now it doesn't.  Makes no sense.

Hi Veronica,

It looks there is a problem on desktop side. Could you please send logs from MLO-Windows app (tools->troubleshooting) to support email right after you attempt to pair your device.
