In any event, one of the interesting features of the "E" mouse manager
is a reminder window that will alert you to take periodic breaks.
This is to help maintain a good level of blood flow to the shoulder,
arm and hand. The default is 30 minutes of work before the first
reminder and 5 minutes before the second reminder to tell you to go
back to work again.
Anyway, it is interesting to me when two different methodologies
arrive at a very similar conclusion. So it is good to know that the
pomodoro technique while useful to help manage a good energy level for
the brain also happens to be useful in managing a good level of blood
flow through the body.
