"Task to email" - how do I tell who sent it?

Hi - I'm using the "task to email" feature through the MLO cloud.

Is there a way / how can I tell what email sent this to me? Knowing the origin would be very helpful.

Also, I note that the time it was "created" (in "Task Statistics") isn't in my time zone. Looks like GMT? Is there a way to change this so it registers the time in my local time zone?
