iPhone outline item displays twice

On my iPhone, when I drag an outline item so that it is under another item, MLO displays the item both under where I dragged it, and also the item is displayed in the original location. Both items seem be the same, because when I check off one item, the other item displays checked as well.

I don't understand why the item is displaying in two locations.

Tried to reproduce but the tasks displayed properly.

I'm running 2.9.1 on iOS 9.0.2

Are you able to consistently reproduce the duplication?
