Drag & Drop to change the sort order of Views - unhelpful feature

Hello

I just spent a fair while trying to Drag & Drop to change the sort order of Views in the left hand pane of MLO (Windows 8.1). I closed and re-opened MLO but no good.

Finally I deleted a named view and suddenly it works again (and I am now getting "Yes allow drag and drop for some time" etc).

So it now seems that if you have too many named views, that MLO stops allowing you to do Drag & Drop. Is this a genuine 'feature' of MLO? 
If true it is extremely unhelpful that it doesn't given you some sort of message to tell you to start deleting Views.

How many views do you have?  I have 55 and never saw that problem.

Tricky. I had deleted a couple and was down to 52 views in total when problem occured.

(Fwiw, it's rather ard to test without knowing after how much time "for some time" times out & whether using the rest of MLO resets the clock etc... )

I now just added 9 and I'm up to 61 in total. After 10 mins or so Drag & Drop fails. However I deleted one and immediately drag and drop works fine.

OK now deleted about 10 views and I can't duplicate the problem. Out of time. More later.
