Do i have to pay two times for MLO 2 on iOS?

I purchased MLO 2 for iOS. I use two iPHones. On the second one i can´t use the Pro Features. Why? I use the same Apple ID on both devices!
I´m not able to restore my license.

Please open your MLO iPhone/iPad application, select ’Settings’, ’Registration’, ’Restore my license’.

As i wrote i am not able to restore my license!!!:

I get the following message:

The App Store was not able to finde your Pro purchase. Please make sure you purchased Pro with your current Apple ID.

What next?

please check if you see MLO application under 'Purchased' section. If you don't see it please make sure you use a correct Apple ID and send a message to Apple support.
