MLO for Windows freezes temporarily since latest version installed

Hi - I'm having a problem that, when I open MLO and then try to do something (ie add new task, directly into the app or through the Rapid Entry window) the software seems to hang for a short period, so I type out my task test and only about 10 characters appear for around 20-30 seconds

Once this time passes, all the text appears (as if it had been buffered) - but by then I've tried re-typing so I end up having to correct everything.

Has anyone else seen this?

Not me. I'm using the portable app version with not problems. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling, or would it be worth trying the portable version to see if the same thing continues to happen?

Here are some things that may cause the issue:

1) clipboard managers, or text transliteration apps, or any app that could interact with the text while you are typing.

2) Is MLO profile (ml file) stored on a cloud storage like dropbox

3) A huge MLO profile which syncs very slowly with the cloud while you are typing.

By the way, try to look at the CPU load when you add tasks to MLO. Maybe you have some CPU intensive app running in the backround.
