Keyboards for Windows have a special key for this, next to the right
"Ctrl" key.

You need to be aware that some of the column entries have different context menus (right click options) which you cannot access via a keyboard shortcut e.g. flags, stars, due date.

I tried SHIFT+F10 and nothing comes up. 

I pretty much avoid mouse usage if possible and in  MLO right click seems to have all the operations I use all the time without

going to the menu and clicking around. 

(I am a paid user of win+android+sync FWIW)
