Convert tasks/projects to Folders - Hotkey

Is there a possibility to assign hotkey for converting tasks or project to folder?

That exists already, Ganesh. If you look in Tools > Options > Hotkeys and then scroll down to the "Tasks" group, you'll find "Toggle folder" as a Hotkey to which you can assign your own key combination.
