There should be a widget to add tasks quickly.

I can't find it when I put the homescreen in "wiggle" mode and "Add Widget".

Unfortunately, the MLO widget is no longer supported in the latest versions of iOS. Improvements to the MLO iOS app, including widget functionality, are in our plans. However, the iOS version is currently on hold as we await additional resources. We’ll be sure to announce any updates as soon as there’s news to share.

In the meantime, you can long-press the MLO app icon to access quick actions such as adding a task, creating a reminder, or opening a specific view (see the  screenshot).
