MLO Cloud synchronization is not fully automated on Windows in contrast to MLO on Android/iOS. On Windows, the app starts syncing when you open/close it or switch to it after some inactivity and changes are detected in MLO Cloud. MLO Desktop will automatically sync local modifications to MLO Cloud if the application has been inactive for 5-10 minutes.
On mobile, with the 'Use Push' option enabled in the settings, the app should update automatically in the background. The issue you're experiencing is not typical, and we’d like to investigate further. Could you please send us the logs from MLO Android? You can do this by going to menu > Settings > Troubleshooting > Send Logs and emailing them to
