Ladies:

We have exactly one month until the Jingle Bell Run on Sunday, Nov 14 at 1:00, held at Heartland Community College.  Right now our team is ranked in 5th place overall.  That is awesome!  We have 10 people signed up but our goal is 40.  Are we a group that doesn’t meet our goals?  Heck no!

If you haven’t already, use the link at the end of this email to sign up.  Then invite your friends, your husband, your coworkers to join our team.  The race is for a good cause, to raise money for arthritis, but it also supports some of our very own bootcampers.  Tara Brauct is the coordinator for the event and Ciara Kohn is on the Arthritis Foundation’s board.  I am passionate about it because my daughter has a mild case of Juvenille Rheumatoid Arthritis.

If you’ve never run a race before, this is a good one.  It is a fun 5k (3.1miles). There are a lot of people that run in it, so you don’t have to worry that you’ll be last. And if you really are worried about your time, you don’t have to wear the timer and then your results aren’t posted.  If you have been in races before, then let’s get moving and make a name for MyLeanBodyBootCamp!

Let me know if you have any questions!  Go here to sign up:  http://jbrnormal.kintera.org/faf/search/searchTeamPart.asp?ievent=334611&lis=1&kntae334611=0602A73DB1D947B5911E9EC4041BEC29&team=3915439

Thanks,

Rachel

Ladies,

I would love to have us meet our goal of 40. I would love to have
each and every one of you join us to run for this great cause! I know
that every single one of you can make it 3.1 miles. Trust me, if you
can make it through boot camp, you can run/walk 3.1 miles. JOIN US
TODAY!!

It is a great cause, let's joint together this holiday season and
really make an impact on the jingle bell runners! Let's all go show
off our stuff!! We seem to take over whereever we go, so we may as
well take over the JBR as well! :) Bring your friends and your
families to run with us. I am trying to get mama to join us too!
Husbands, boyfriends, co-workers, anyone you can think of - they are
all welcome!

Remember, if you really want to run and it is the entry fee that is
holding you back, talk to me...MyLeanBody Boot Camp Scholarships are
available!

Have a great day. Love you, Emily
