FS: Comfy Chocolate Brown Couch

I've been asking $350.00 but will sell for $300 or OBO if you pick up by this Friday April 12th! (I'm getting new furniture at 7pm Friday and I need the room for it!)

Large, plush, very thick cushions - couch is in excellent condition. Super comfortable. No stains, tears, etc. Purchased new a year ago for $650.00. Smoke-free home with one de-clawed cat (so no pet damage at all). The footprint is about 92" long from the outside of the arms and it's 40" deep.

Throw pillows and cat not included. :)
