Place ment issue of IILM student

Good morning everybody,

As a IILM Almuni i would like to discuss about the placement of
2007-09 student, in every sector companies have stopped hiring due to
market worst situation, in this situation i dont think that our iilm
is going for 100% placement, so as a Alumni i Request to all of the
guy that if u have any approach than plse help to our junior so that
they can start ur carrier.

I would suggest that start going to consultants as really every company has stopped their recruitment process. But still let me find something gud to suggest our college. Surely will get in touch then.

Hello IILM,

 

Its gud that in order to get through the current market scenario n placing the juniors, IILM is making one or the other efforts in a completely different way, it can possibly make.

Therefore adding to ur approach i would like to suggest the placement cell that they should keep n maintain gud touch with Naukri .Com people as such more than any consultants they have much more information about the current n forth coming requiremnts in the market
what more u can add on to it; is that u can ask naukri .com to get a tie up with IILM which can prove a better approach to improve the present and future prospects for the current and the coming students of iilm.

Dear Ms. Soni

 

Thanks for your valuable suggestion for Placement. To be very frank I have registered on 13th of Oct 2008 in Naukri.com and I am a paid member of Naukri.com. For getting good job in Delhi NCR or any where in India. But unfortunate till today nothing has come even any single consultants calls or Mail.

The Present Market Scenarios all the company total ban on new Recruitment even against attrition. And most of the Company totally stop and finished their existing operation like Subhiksha Retail, re Logistics, Textile Industries, Capital Market, Retail  and there are so many companies and IIMs which Companies are coming for placement they have deduct 14 to 20 % package as comparer earlier Due to market rescissions. Company Looking for Cost Cutting and even Company not expending their Business hence Wait for some more time.

Very Horrible  situation we all are facing now and may be run 5 to 6 months. Hope so we will come up very soon.

IILMites,
Yes placement is  big issue for all professional colleges.
Just i wanna to say that to all juniors ,do not get in any financial products sales companies,untill and unless you have a solid networking,because in this recession period only insurance companies are capable to pay good packages,,,,,,but stability matters in career.....so be aware of these companies,,,,,,,juniors have to consult their seniors .
