Arranging Favourites and links order.

can any one help me how to rearrange Links /Favourites order?

When I go to Favourites and click organise, A blank window woth IE
mark opens.It is a blank widow with no enyries to arrange.Similarly
nothing happens when i click favourites tool.

I have my preferred sites in links folder.How this is to be
rearranged?

can anyone help me?

If you installed ie8. it would be blank when click organize Favorites. It's a bug of Microsoft.

 

But You can organize Favorites in the ie8. it would take effect in myie9 after restart myie9.

Very many thanks for your response.

I have since rearranged my tabs by rearranging the sites under
LinksBar in IE8as suggested in your reply.
