Role Overview

We are looking for a HealthRules Configuration Lead to manage configuration activities for commercial group products. This role is approximately 20% supervisory and 80% hands-on configuration and analysis.

  • Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote)

  • Position Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • System Configuration: Lead activities for benefits configuration, pricing logic, provider contracts, and claims processing rules.

  • Backlog Management: Triage and prioritize production defects, enhancement requests, and annual renewal activities.

  • Leadership: Provide technical guidance and code reviews for configuration analysts and coordinate with offshore QA teams.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary intake point for business owners and deliver weekly status reports to the client.
