We are looking for a Performance Engineer to join our team remotely! If you are passionate about diving deep into code to eliminate bottlenecks and ensuring mission-critical applications remain scalable and stable, we want to hear from you.
Role: Performance Engineer
Location: Remote 💻
Eligibility: 🚀 NO OPT/CPT 🚀
What You’ll Do:
- Strategy: Design and execute performance test strategies for high-stakes applications.
- Scripting: Create robust scripts using LoadRunner.
- Kafka Tuning: Evaluate throughput and message flows in Kafka-based architectures.
- Java Optimization: Get hands-on with Java application tuning and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Partner with Dev and DevOps to bake performance into the SDLC.
- Expert Java programming & hands-on tuning experience.
- Pro-level proficiency with LoadRunner and JMeter.
- 3+ Years working in AWS or GCP
- Scripting or Automation Skills
- Solid understanding of Kafka event streaming and message flows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across CPU, memory, and network layers.
- Experience with Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana).
