Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with strong expertise in Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) within Oracle Procurement Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting supplier qualification processes to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
- Design and manage supplier qualification processes, including questionnaires, assessments, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure supplier lifecycle management, including onboarding, evaluation, and requalification processes.
- Develop and maintain supplier qualification templates, scoring models, and evaluation criteria.
- Integrate SQM with other Oracle Fusion modules such as Procurement, Supplier Portal, and Sourcing.
- Perform data migration, validation, and system testing (SIT/UAT) to ensure seamless implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation and provide user training.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud, specifically Supplier Qualification Management (SQM).
- Hands-on experience in configuring supplier qualification areas, questionnaires, and approval workflows.
- Good understanding of supplier lifecycle management and procurement processes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion modules: Supplier Portal, Procurement, Sourcing.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data migration tools (FBDI).
- Experience in OTBI, BI Publisher for reporting and analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks in supplier management.
- Prior experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
