  • Agency and participation concepts

Hands‑on understanding of:

  • Interest & fee structures
  • SOFR servicing implications
  • Loan accounting fundamental

Hands on technical experience on Loan IQ – configuration setup, tables flows

 Create data mapping and interface functional specifications

 Support straight‑through‑processing (STP) initiatives from origination through servicing
