Job Description
Drive stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and executive updates.
Execution Excellence
- Build and maintain program roadmaps, dashboards, and documentation.
- Implement processes for continuous improvement, including retrospectives and workflow optimization.
- Ensure programs meet quality, performance, and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a hybrid technical leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), back-end technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
Kev Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs spanning multiple teams and stakeholders
- Define program scope, success metrics, timelines, and resource needs.
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, design, QA, and business partners.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
Technical Ownership
- Leverage full-stack engineering knowledge to guide architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and ensure scalable design decisions
- Partner with engineering teams to break down complex requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Review technical proposals, API designs, and system integration plans
- Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, and operational excellence across the stack.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and business teams, translating technical concepts into clear business impacts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in distributed systems, microservices, or APl-driven architectures.
- Background in Agile/Scrum program management.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability tools.
- Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
