Job Description:

 

Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud – At least 5 years of experience in implementation. Customer Management Lead/Opportunity Management Service Request Management Service Level Agreements Installed Based Assets Field Service Work Orders Knowledge Management SLA, Milestones & Coverage Management Custom Object Definition & Management Object Functions Object Workflows Triggers Screen - Custom Layouts Web Services Registration Invocation & Response Management Fusion BI Publisher Reports Data Model Creation Reports using standard and custom Subject areas Digital Customer Service (DCS) – Preferred Knowledge on Integrating B2B Service with Oracle Field Service Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others. Understanding of Cloud Architecture. Should have knowledge on Data Migration. Responsible for Customer Production Support, tracking-incidents, replication, troubleshooting and resolution of critical production calls. Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling) Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud. Knowledge of other CX products like CX Sales Cloud and B2C Service (RightNow) is an advantage. Mandatory knowledge on Redwood UX using visual builder studio
