Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developers .
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend Java development, modern frontend technologies, and experience building scalable enterprise applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Required Skills
12+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
Strong expertise in React.js or Angular.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies.
Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with American Express (AMEX) is highly preferred.
Financial Services or Banking domain experience.
Experience with Reactive Programming (WebFlux) is a plus.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is desirable.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Build and enhance microservices-based architectures.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Contribute to CI/CD automation and cloud-native deployments.
