Notation in the wiki Navbar

I´ve added ~ in front of a couple of the page names in the wiki nav bar.
See the top of any page on the wiki for an example.
I´ve used this to demark pages that I think are obsolete or in need of merging elsewhere, nothing urgent, just in a long term sense.
