Cost of conducting physical voting

Kalyan,

Could you please clarify what is cost incurrred for physical voting vs online voting?

From your post on "MHV owners only group" I gather 287 people voted online and 49 people voted in physical Mode. Online adoption was 6 time the physical adoption. 

Cost of online voting was mentioned as 67K for 2000 people ( 10K fixed for 200 flats minimum and 25 per member above 200). 

What was the cost incurred for conduting physical voting which includes 

Notional hall rent foregone

Printing cost of ballot paper

Snacks

Video recording 

Police bandobast

Any other incidental costs. 

How do we justify incurring the cost of physical voting for such small population?
