Dear GS,

I'm writing on behalf of Block 16 residents . We are unable to bear the construction noise from the beginning , I can imagine how the signing bowl kids are suffering.

CBSE final exams are started for kids, this construction noise is impacting kids ' studies , especially for Block 16 kids . Please stop the construction till the exams are complete.

I have raised this concern via email on 01/24 but no action taken from you.

Please understand our pain and take the necessary action.

Regards,
SrinivasaRao

Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your letter.

We are for an amicable solution but neither President sir nor myself as Secretary have the right to overrule the AGM mandate arbitrarily but rest assured we will revert at the earliest on your concern.

Dear President and Secretary,

I have submitted an objection letter to the Estate manager to STOP the construction on CH2 and asked him to hand over the same letter to you . I hope you have received it and attached the same letter for your attention.

Also, most of the MHV owners are not happy with this structural change , so we are ready to discuss the alternative solution for the Pujari’s accommodation. This is my humble request to consider .

Regards,

Peru

Kalyan ,

At least stop workers with materials entering via same entrance where kids are entering during Pre school opening time.

Today morning one worker almost hit my child with centring rod. I don’t want to create scene there .

Ideally I should report this to help desk or JLL but seems MC is  controlling day to day activities as well in this community .

Thanks,
Murali

Dear Sir,

The drilling work that causes significant noise to emanate is done. The other works wouldn't cause that much noise. Presently, centering work is ongoing and would take until Monday to complete. This work would be of minimal-to-moderate noise level. Saturday (festival day) and Sunday being holidays, the work is extending to Monday, else would have got done by Saturday. Post that, there will be much less noise disturbance from the work provided things go as per schedule. We are trying our best to ensure the disturbance is to the minimal but noise levels cannot be at zero when a construction activity is ongoing.

On a separate note, regarding your complaint at Help Desk, about work starting earlier than 9 am, sir, the instruction is to only allow workers inside by 8:15-8:30 am to get their day's work planned and start only by 9 am. This is the process followed for even resident's flats where interior works are allowed. There were no instructions to allow them to start early and since this was a breach of rule, the facilities team is being penalised Rs.5,000/- for the same. I would like to add that we have given, on in-numerous occasions, extended hours, sometimes up to 9-10 pm too and on Sundays, depending on the situation or urgency, to residents, for their interior works as long as they are not noise-emanating works or cause minimal disturbance. We have not given any special privileges or permissions for this construction work out of the ordinary than what is allowed for residents.

Thank you
Kalyan

Hi Murali,

As discussed with you, happy to note there was no untoward incident but to further the safety of kids, we are deploying one more security guard near the school door entry / exit and he will coordinate with the guard stationed at CH2 entry / exit to ensure workers and kids / residents do not come in contact.

Thanks
Kalyan
