Dear Members of Association of My Home Vihanga

Bye-law Committee has earlier conducted a 2nd of Resident's meet where we had presented proposed amendments. To recap the status, the proposed amendments are going through a legal review for drafting and language. We hope to put the amendments to vote in GBM in late June (to be confirmed).

There was decent attendance and participation in these meetings. And we hope people who have not been able to attend the meetings still took time to go through the amendments. Even then, for the benefit of all, we have summarized the essence of Bye-law amendments in a short presentation for your convenience.

The best case of MHV is when all members of MHV become familiar with Bye-laws. Therefore, please take time and go through. All this effort is to encourage all members to be educated about the Bye-laws and come to the GBM and make informed choices.

Please find attached the Presentation. Also attached are the full document of proposed amendments and the current byelaws for your convenience.

Also, we will organize another Resident's meet to talk about and clarify on proposed amendments post summer vacation, and before GBM on Bye-laws. Let's please use that opportunity to familiarize ourselves more on Byelaws.

One specific note to mention is that - the committee went through an elaborate process and has also given enough consideration to listen to all and collect suggestions.
